At Booki Farms, we teach all levels of riders in Western and beginning
English. All of our beginning riders will learn all aspects of horsemanship and
our unique "hybrid" style of riding. Both English and Western have areas of
particular use and by combining the strengths of both disciplines, the result is a
diverse and well balanced rider.
Our special area of excellence is the gaining confidence for those
beginning riders as well as those experienced riders who may have lost their
confidence for one reason or another.
We teach lessons on your horse to establish that bond and relationship
between you and the horse that you will be riding on a normal basis. Children
who are exploring the world of horsemanship, however do no yet own their own
horse are welcome to take lessons on our miniature horse, Spirit. He is a great
teacher and loves any snack you may bring him!!!
